Scale removal method

After 3 hours, it was discharged, washed with an aqueous solution added with potassium dichromate, or injected into a water jacket with a 5% concentration aqueous caustic soda solution to neutralize the residual acid solution. Then rinse with water several times until it is clean.

Remove limescale with caustic soda solution. When removing silicate-based scales, add 2%-3% caustic soda aqueous solution to the cooling system. Wait 1-2 days after waiting for the vehicle to run. Rinse with clean water. Repeat this step for one time and finally rinse thoroughly with water. Clean the cooling system.

Oil removal method

Alkaline solution removes grease. For the removal of animal and vegetable oils and mineral oils on the surface of parts, a small amount of emulsifier can be added to the solid re-emergence solution and cleaned after warming. If you use pressure spray, the effect is better. After cleaning, spray with heated clean water to rinse away the alkali solution remaining on the surface of the parts.

Organic solvents remove oil stains. In order to prevent alkali solution from corroding precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pumps, fuel injectors, etc.), organic solvents (such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, etc.) can be used for cleaning.

Aluminum alloy cleaning fluid removes oil. Since the alkali solution has a strong corrosion effect on the aluminum alloy and the organic solvent is expensive, the aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be prepared when the aluminum alloy part is cleaned. Generally use sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution plus a small amount of potassium dichromate to formulate, warming to 60 °C -70 °C for best results.

Coking removal method

Mechanical method. Metal brush, blade, etc. can be used to remove carbon deposits. However, this method is easy to scratch the surface of parts, so remove the carbon deposits on the precision parts should be removed with a wooden or bamboo spatula, and can also be rubbed back and forth on the cork board. After mechanically removing the parts, the coke must be carefully cleaned with engine oil. This method is easy to operate. The disadvantage is that difficult-to-reach areas are not easy to clean.

Chemical method. Immerse the parts in a prepared chemical solution. After the charcoal is softened and loosened, remove the parts, wipe them with a brush or a cotton thread, and wash them with hot water.
