In poor quality agricultural machinery accessories, the materials used are more than 35% less than good. The most common alternative materials are plain grey cast iron (hereinafter referred to as gray iron) and ordinary low-carbon steel (hereinafter referred to as low-carbon steel). The materials that are often replaced are high-quality cast iron (such as ductile iron, hereinafter referred to as ductile iron), cast iron, high-quality steel, alloy steel, and powder metallurgy materials. Examples of copper and aluminum materials have also been replaced. The authenticity of the accessory material can be identified by referring to the following methods:
The produced parts are including Auto parts,Agricultural machinery parts, construction scaffolding parts Marine valve and pump components and hydraulic parts etc. Architectural,Machinery,Medical; Food Machinery, Valves and so on. The material which we used Aluminium; Bronze; Brass; Copper; carbon steel; stainless steel and so on.At the same time, we can offer the CNC machining; Phosphating; Blackening Processing;Hot Dip Galvanizing: Powder Coating: Painting: Plating, Assembly for customers.
85% products are sold to overseas, the customers are from America, Canada, Europe Union, etc.
1. See cutting surface
Gray iron: grayish, dark luster, rough surface.
Ductile iron: gray, shiny gray iron than gray, rough surface like gray iron.
Steel: Brighter luster (but slightly darker cast steel), fine structure, grinding or reaming surface as a mirror, delicate and smooth hand feel, chrome steel grinding surface common small bright spot.
Iron-based powder metallurgy: silver gray, fine organization, and its luster is between steel and iron. In addition, rubbing the smooth cutting surface by hand, the gray iron causes the hand to be dyed dark gray and is not easily wiped off. Ductile iron can also make hands black, but lighter than grey iron, while steel does not stain hands (except dust).
2. Boring test
The boring test should be conducted after the purchase is confirmed and the supplier agrees to take responsibility. Select the non-matching surface with ordinary boring tools. Because of the different materials, various metal materials react differently when being boring.
Gray iron: boring cutting resistance is relatively small, when the boring, issued a "click" sound, very little sticky, swarf is grayish black, there are a small amount of silver and white highlights, look at the particle size is different, mainly small particles, Grinding with your fingers makes it easy to blacken your fingers.
Ductile iron: When boring, the resistance is slightly larger than that of gray iron. There are also obvious “squeaking” sounds, little stickiness, swarf, black and fine granules, and fine particle sizes, but with large particles. Lord, using the fingers to grind the ends of the chips can make the fingers black, but it is lighter than gray iron.
White iron: When boring, it makes a loud "grilling" sound. No crumbs, no light, no scars, and scratches on the trowel.
Steel: Most steel parts are cold or heat-treated. The surface is hard. When they are lifted, they also make a “whistling sound”. However, they sound much lighter when boring white iron. They are brighter and brighter. There are obvious scars.
Copper: The most obvious feature of boring is that the boring tool is easy to skid, the swarf is easy to stick, and the smashed surface is bright copper yellow or copper red.
Aluminium: When boring is very easy, the swarf is more and faster, the sash surface is gray or silver white, and the smash is heavy and hard to brush off.
Iron-based powder metallurgy: less boring resistance, feels like low-carbon steel, sounds like gray iron, non-stick enamel, crumb-shaped particles similar to spherulites, color black and stained, but slightly lighter than ductile iron.
3. Listen to the percussion sounds to hang the fittings up and hit them with a hammer or other metal object. The percussion force should not be too great. The ear should be close to the part to listen to and the sound they produce is different.
Gray iron: The sound is low and the duration is very short.
Ductile Iron: The sound is crisp, there is reverberation and the duration is short.
Steel: The voice is clear, and the tone is like a thin ring. It lasts for a long time.
