6. Put the dried foaming gasification mold on the bottom sand, divide it into sand according to the process requirements, and automatically smooth the box mouth after a certain period of time;

7. Cover the mouth of the sand box with a plastic film, place a sprue cup, and then use a negative pressure system. After the compaction, the liquid steel casting is performed, the foamed plastic gasification mold disappears, and the molten metal replaces its position;

8. After the casting is condensed, release the vacuum and turn it over. Take out the casting and proceed to the next cycle.
